These are hand dyed, cut, painted, and sewn, and each print will have slight variations. 

In 2008 Swoon released a print edition titled "Alden, a portrait of her grandfather. The work was released and sold through the artist collective Justseeds. Included in the figure are depictions of the mangroves, the stringiness alluding to the coming apart on his end as his Alzheimer's manifested.
